NHS physician associates and doctors locked in 'toxic' staffing row - “As Royal Colleges we were traditionally above the politics of Trade Unionism” It seems this has changed & I have said before I think the Royal College of General Practitioners scope for PAs is too restrictive. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
Such a shame to be losing great people like you Jacob Lant The doctors denying their toxic behaviour immediately respond with toxicity when anyone opposes their views. This is not debate, it’s toxicity. I hope our PA colleagues know that not all of us doctors feel this way
Thank you Nursing and Midwifery Council for supporting and diversifying services rather limiting them for nurses and midwives for prescriptions rights as Physician Associate as this will help advance care to meet patients needs holistically 😀 we need Pro-MAPs organisations as you.
I'm blocked, which considering I don't think we've ever spoken is strange but would you like to post the content of the complaints for users to see why this happened? Also, Partha S Kar 🇮🇳🇬🇧🏏🎥 would you let me know please if the RCP at any stage refused to let the FPA advocate for
I did 150 hours in the first 4 weeks of the PA course I wonder why the Royal College of General Practitioners only scoped one role? The need for PAs to work under Dr supervision seems the be the stick to beat PAs with Let me be clear - all non doctors roles should have Dr supervision. PAs have been shafted
