Even Nurse Consultants/ANPs/ACPs/Clinical Pharmacists/Specialist RNs/Physiotherapists carry stethoscopes 😂 Stethoscopes doesn’t mean belong to ‘Doctor’ only - absolutely delusional! Anti-PA toxic campaigners get over your arrogant selves and toxic lies! You’ve lost respect!#NHS

NHS physician associates and doctors locked in 'toxic' staffing row - “As Royal Colleges we were traditionally above the politics of Trade Unionism” It seems this has changed & I have said before I think the ⁦Royal College of General Practitioners⁩ scope for PAs is too restrictive. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Such a shame to be losing great people like you Jacob Lant The doctors denying their toxic behaviour immediately respond with toxicity when anyone opposes their views. This is not debate, it’s toxicity. I hope our PA colleagues know that not all of us doctors feel this way

I think there needs to be some clarification that a UK Physician Assistant is a band 4 administrative role NOT to be confused with Physician Associate, which is a clinical role involving level 7 postgraduate training and which will soon have a protected title - typically band 7.

Thank you Nursing and Midwifery Council for supporting and diversifying services rather limiting them for nurses and midwives for prescriptions rights as Physician Associate as this will help advance care to meet patients needs holistically 😀 we need Pro-MAPs organisations as you.

More like ya’ll Anti-PA campaigners failing the public with your brutal, doctor protectionist and toxic lies by providing non-evidence based practice, going against your GMC conduct of working professionally as MDT. Ya’ll NOT fit for Drs but toxic bullies and be reported to #GMC

Siddz786 (@siddz786) 's Twitter Profile Photo

More like you Anti-MAP campaigners wake up and stop with bullying/harass/fear mongering/possession/false information/ abusing ‘pt safety concerns’ for ur toxic propaganda to the public. Work with #NHS #MAPs appreciate contribution, meet pt and MDT needs to prevent neglect/strain

Siddz786 (@siddz786) 's Twitter Profile Photo

You wouldn’t know, you’ve NEVER worked with a PAs. Plus even better if PAs and AAs being ‘Addition to MDT’ adding ‘DIVERSITY’ which Anti-MAPs are hyper protective for your title as Medicine accessible to PA/AAs/Nurse Cons/ACP/ANPs etc. Patients are happy to see MAPs you’re NOT.

Why dig old irrelevant posts for attention? Stop begging it. This PA Jamie seems very competent in saving lives, highlights Anti-PA gaslit ‘only 2 yr training’ sounds intense PA training to save patients life minimising patient safety errors thank #NHS GMC for diverse MDT.

Happy PA and AA regulations GMC day Friday ‘13th’ December 2024 🥳🎊🎉😃🥳 (Dark Date for Anti-MAPs 👀) You all deserve to be added as part of medical professionals working hard to meet #NHS patients needs and save lives. We appreciate you.

Fantastic news for #physicianassociates. The professor was a pleasure to meet at the PA stakeholder event earlier this year. Supportive of the role. Thank you GMC

Pointing fingers at PAs must stop. Clearly vast majority of these 1 in 20 hospital admission errors are not down to PAs. Errors occur in relation to all staff including doctors.

Scapegoating physician associates is a dangerous distraction for the NHS, says UNISON | News, Press release | News | UNISON National unison.org.uk/news/2025/04/s…

I’m having to quote respond as Twitter tells me I am blocked by you. It is an open social media platform. Asking why they are interested in PAs is a perfectly reasonable question. I still have no idea. I have stated my interest.

Good. She’s been like a terrier at my ankles. Obsessed with getting rid of PAs who are mostly dedicated workers doing their very best for patients. I’ll pick a fight with anyone if they want a fight totally regardless of sex. Or race for that matter.

I did 150 hours in the first 4 weeks of the PA course I wonder why the Royal College of General Practitioners only scoped one role? The need for PAs to work under Dr supervision seems the be the stick to beat PAs with Let me be clear - all non doctors roles should have Dr supervision. PAs have been shafted
