Thankfully, Oklahoma won a game they were supposed to win. Strange to say but this type of game this late in the year could be a springboard to finish off the season with some unexpected wins. Bama and Mizzou come to mind.

UFC 309… Tough ask to choose between two all time greats in Jonny “Bones” Jones and Stipe Miocic. Bones was my first ever MMA fight pick back in 2008. Miocic has been a favorite of mine for years as well. My wife is a Stipe fan tonight. Me? Im good either way.

Hoping Chandler can come back but right now he looks seriously overmatched. Almost as if he was more concerned about his desire to fight Conor.

Damn. Chandler was the better man in Round 5. If he had fought that way all night he wins.

I love my boy Conor McGregor but he needs to step into the Octagon with Mike Chandler. I would buy the fight, pay for a party and find a way to buy each guys UFC gear for that brawl.

Man, Astros fans are acting like this ride was gonna last forever. The fact that this team was in the position they were for pretty much the last decade is something not many franchises will experience. We had to rebuild the foundation at some point.

Believe me, I enjoyed watching it. But it was a matter of time. Last year and 2023 should have been the eye opening moments for many. Can’t win at home in 2023 and then getting swept by the Tigers this year. This was a shell of the 2022 team.

The biggest question that NO ONE is asking right now is…who in the hell is going to replace Jose Altuve when he retires? I don’t see a 2B of the future in the farm system and they damn well better not overpay for a 30+ year old .270 hitter with less than average defense.

4 Nations Faceoff has to be the best idea from a league sports perspective ever. I’ve been glued to the TV for every game and I have a hard time believing that anything could be better than this…
