Interesting case of 49 year old M with known persistent left SVC, AVNRT ablation from left posteroseptum , now with paroxysmal Afib. Used 28 mm cryoballoon for PVI. Tried ablating with the balloon in the CS, could not occlude the vein, switched to RFA.

Mid 80s, prior cardiac surgery w. Crux VT. No endo scar. Propagation map before and after vision wire mapping of MCV. Could not get abl catheter into MCV due to tortuousity. Intolerant to amio/mexiletine, failed sotalol. What next? Roderick Tung Kenneth Ellenbogen #EPeeps
