yes there are.. lack of opportunity, lack of respect, apathy towards them, mistrust, etc…. which applied to WHITE working class scottish youth as well as black working class youths…so nothing to do with ETHNICITY

there was a proportionate amount of knife crime … in glasgow… where it was higher than in black areas in london.. and they were all white… the point is… why wasnt that framed as a WHITE problem?

when knife crime in glasgow was the highest rate in the uk amongst MAINLY white youths, it was framed as an inner city poverty problem (which it is ), not a WHITE problem… in black areas in london where it may be MAINLY black youths… its perceived as a black problem!
