Adding depth to coach education does not mean taking on specialist disciplines. We can call on experts for help with S&C, diet and nutrition, psychology and athletic development. People have trained for years in these areas. We need to focus on being better at coaching.

If your players only train for perfection, they’ll struggle when the game gets imperfect. Every miss tells a story — help them learn to read it. Some nice challenges in these for Hurling & Football Players #Coaching #LearningInAction
