PubPeer is an amazing platform for science discussions, and if you use the Chrome Extension, it scans for DOIs and notifies you if the paper you're reading has already sparked a discussion! pubpeer.com/static/about #PubPeer #Science #sciencetwitter

The unofficial official Barbie theme, theme_barbie(), is now available on my GitHub: github.com/MatthewBJane/t… Also comes with the scale_fill_barbie() for the gradient fill you see on the right. And hex color values like “text_color_barbie” for the text color you see below.

Thrilled about the Levy Lab's publication, unveiling details of the quaternary structure of proteins across the tree of life using a scalable AlphaFold2-based strategy 🌳🔬 Super honored to have contributed to this cool project during my master's internship 🙌

So happy to see this monumental work from elevyLab out in Cell today! You can use the database to see if your protein of interest is likely to oligomerise and then use it to rationalise pathogenic mutations, which often occur at oligomer interfaces.
