FINAL: Arizona Softball 11, Washington Softball 3

Arizona run-rules Washington to move into the PAC-12 tournament semifinals. 11 runs and 13 hits for the Cats. That offense showed up and showed out.

LSU takes down Tennessee 2-1 and the Tigers are into the SEC semifinals. Pretty impressive performance in the circle by both Lynch and Berzon.

I don’t know who needs to hear this (*cough cough SEC tournament official scorer cough cough*) but the standard for determining hit vs. error is actually NOT “did the bat hit the ball”.

Sydney Berzon enters the circle in relief of Kelley Lynch. Berzon threw 208 pitches yesterday, but said she felt good after the game.

Berzon enters in the bottom of the 5th with Tennessee runners on 2nd and 3rd and two outs. LSU holds a 2-1 lead.

FINAL: NM State Softball 11, Liberty Softball 3

Holy statement win in Las Cruces. New Mexico State puts 11 runs and 14 hits on regular-season champion Liberty and the Flames fall into the loser's bracket.

FINAL: Utah Softball 7, Oregon Softball 4

Utah upsets Oregon to advance to the PAC-12 tournament semifinals. That's a big win for the Utes and a noteworthy addition to their own postseason resume.

FINAL: Indiana Softball 4, Northwestern Softball 3

Indiana beats Northwestern to advance to the Big Ten tournament semifinals. That's a win that will look good on IU's postseason resume.

SEC Tournament update:

LSU vs. Tennessee set for a 5:02 pm first pitch tonight, followed by Mizzou/Arkansas.

Florida/Georgia & Texas A&M/South Carolina have been moved to Friday, starting at 9 am.

Semifinal games are still set for Friday evening.
