Animal milks are now recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for babies over 6 months of age who are not breastfeeding. Hopefully the Australian guidelines will include this in their next iteration. abclisten.page.link/xRXqK4nG32p3WN…

The companies also influence international standards at Codex then bully national lawmakers to comply with the weak standards that are set. Milk sugars in baby formula may or may not be included in labelling so sugar levels can be even higher than admitted on baby food labels.

Want to understand how and why the World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended that non-breastfed infants 6-11 months can be fed ordinary cows milk (or other animal milk products)? Have a read. What we discovered is that there's a lot of mythology around cows milk for babies. theconversation.com/when-can-my-ba…

Don’t spend $$ on expensive formula for your baby after they are 6months old. Cow’s milk is absolutely fine.

And while I have your attention, don’t bother with toddler/ infant milk at all
