If your athlete has played club with the same core group of athletes for 2+ years...I hope you know how lucky you are. The turnover rate at clubs nowadays is unbelievable.

Don't wait until the day before a tournament to email coaches to ask them to come watch you play. They have so much going into traveling and planning for the recruiting in those days leading up to a tournament, it will probably get missed.

RESOURCE OVERLAPS: High Profile Sports 🏈🏀⚾️💸 After we looked at Olympic sports this weekend, some may be surprised that resource overlaps between the bottom of one division and the top of the next are just as dramatic in the high profile sports as they are everywhere else:

Giving an athlete 24-48 hours to make a decision about the next 6 years of their life is certainly your choice; it’s also the athletes choice to tell you they want to wait. Athletes, you have control and power over your process. 👍🏻
