2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣੀ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਹਲਾਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਸਨ,ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੋਕਰੀਆਂ ਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਝਵਾਨ ਨੋਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਰੁੱਖ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲੇ ਗਏ ਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਸੀ ਉਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਖ਼ਰੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਸਾਡੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਸਨ
