Yesterday was a new milestone post accident and surgery. 10000 steps. Morning beach walk with the kids, evening John Forrest walk with Mike Dave Danna Arnold

Physio again today ... overall happy with flexibility but sod all strength as I still can't life arm high without assistance from other hand ... so we are now working on strengthening the rotator cuff - beejebus that's painful ... (also we are now using a whole 1 kilo weight LOL)

Walked 4.5 kms today... It might not seem like a lot, and before my accident and surgery it wasn't to me, just a pretty much daily occurrence. Post accident and surgery, today's 4.5km feels like I've climbed everest... Proud but sweaty moment.

Two weeks ago the left side of my neck became very fluidy / swollen ... this is my surgery side. Physio, you should see your doc, doc, you need an ultrasound, u/s - well the good news is we can rule out nasties ... but as to why, you're going to have to go back to the docs...
