Ordered to flee the north, now slaughtered in the south, nowhere is safe for Palestinians in Gaza. How can the government justify its deep complicity in the horrors being inflicted on the Palestinian people?

Yesterday, I asked a Foreign Office minister if British soldiers were being deployed on the ground in Gaza. He refused to answer. Today, I have written to the Foreign Secretary demanding urgent clarification.

Across the country people from various backgrounds have been shocked by the response of the Labour party over Gaza. They care about human lives and international law. This is a basic demand and to dismiss it shows the lack of care many have for human rights of Palestinans

Overnight Israel carried out a deadly assault on Rafah, a so-called "safe zone" where 1.5 million displaced Palestinians were sheltering. Words of condemnation ring hollow. Political leaders must finally act & call for an immediate ceasefire & an end to all arms sales to Israel.

🇬🇧 More unsolicited unwarranted Policing “I noticed you were following me - is there any reason” “Am I being detained?” This man clearly knows his common law - you should too.

This is a young man I know personally. He is 14 and has had a new haircut (shown). He has been given a 60 mins detention EVERY evening & isolation every break & lunch until his hair grows. Help - is this normal educational behaviour? I am horrified.

If it were iPhones that were leaving the factory with explosives inside, the media would be a hell of a lot faster to cotton on to what a horrific precedent has been set today. Nothing can justify this. It's a crime. A crime. And everyone in the world is less safe for it.
