I've been approached several times over the past week by individuals who were hacked for several NFTs. In each case, it was the same method (an seaport signature), and in each case the individual wondered what they needed to do to re-establish the safety of their wallets.

I share the same sentiment...keep on doing your thing and educating the masses. Glad there are still good folks here in #defi

People say crypto is dead but the collapse of FTX proves the value of Ethereum and DeFi more than ever.

We can't build the future of crypto on centralized exchanges.

We never could.

DeFi.

We either quit crypto.

Or double down on this decentralization thing.

There's no other way forward.

Core financial infrastructure, such as the ability to exchange value, is too important to be controlled by corruptible centralized entities.

This is one of the many reasons I work on defi and decentralized exchange.

All the ugliest, most painful failures in crypto are at major points of centralization

A good reminder of what defi is working to improve on

Transparent verifiable, and no central points of failure.

11/ Long term, the crypto industry has an opportunity to build a better system with DeFi and self-custodial wallets that don't rely on trusting 3rd parties. Instead, you can trust in code/math and everything can be publicly auditable on-chain. This is a topic for another day…
