Amazing how something that's only 8 weeks' old can instigate a whole human management control regime (within 3 days of arriving) that the human hasn't managed for 17+ years ... taking regular breaks from the work laptop 🤣😂

So, 2nd 2.5 mile run completed under cover of darkness. Attracted a neanderthal wolf whistle of good old-fashioned male 'encouragement' from a passing vehicle whilst under a street light ... it felt good to have some social interaction 🤣. I smiled and waved instead of swearing!
