The wellbeing of citizens, and their dignity, will always remain a key component of my tenure as mayor of Tshwane. The City of Tshwane has reconnected power to Weskoppies Hospital. Residents of Tshwane, patients at the hospital were not left in dark following our disconnection.

.Cilliers Brink If you're going to criticise Dr Nasiphi Moya, the least you can do is get your facts right. She has never been to Dubai, and she did not leave the country in March.

Sad to see Jordan Griffiths feigning outrage over an issue he was happy to ignore while serving as Chief of Staff to successive DA mayors, including Cilliers Brink. Get the facts. See the DA’s opportunism for what it is. Absolutely despicable.

A DA administration approved payments to 78 senior officials, ignored their own mayor’s directive to address the matter, left it unresolved for years, and now they have the audacity to accuse Dr Nasiphi Moya of unethical conduct? Spare us the hypocrisy Cilliers Brink Jordan Griffiths. 🚮

You are leaving out the part where she was entirely unaware of it until July last year, at which point she immediately sought clarity and information - including informing you as Executive Mayor. You didn’t seem to care until quite recently… Rank hypocrisy.

This guy has a love affair with misinformation 😂 No, ActionSA did not get 0% The party did not contest and was not on the ballot. By Jordan Griffiths’s rationale Democratic Alliance got 0% in the Sept. 10 Soweto Ward 130 by-election, because folks in Soweto absolutely hate them.

🚨 BREAKING: Official Tshwane Financial Records Reveal DA Spent R80 Million More on Water Tankers and Left R179 million in Unpaid Invoices After the DA and News24 rushed to falsely claim that R777 million was spent by the new administration on water tankers, official records now

🚨 Don’t fall for Cilliers Brink & Democratic Alliance’s R777 million fake news. Over the 2023/24 & 2024/25 financial years, Brink’s administration racked up R419 million in water tanker costs 💸 Under Dr Nasiphi Moya’s leadership, verified spending was R342 million. Facts don’t lie. The DA does.

Funny how the people who created the mess are the first to cry “spin”. The record is clear: under the DA, R419 million in tanker costs were incurred, including R179 million in unpaid invoices and R98 million in Q1 2024/25. More lies from Jordan Griffiths

R179 million in unpaid water-tanker invoices from 2023/24 were buried by your administration, Cilliers Brink. That’s what inflated the R381 million. The R777 million you keep quoting is a myth. We welcome the Public Protector to expose your mess. Explain the R179 million 👇👇

🚨 Here’s part of the proof that Cilliers Brink blew the water tanker budget in record time and his administration also left the new government with an unpaid invoice of over R179 million 🤯 Every day we are witness to how the DA left the City with a financial mess that we are

I’m a bit confused, Cilliers Brink. Is this the same “water in taps” strategy you used in 2023/24 when your administration racked up R179 million in water-tanker costs, then buried the invoices because you’d already blown the budget?

Residents of Tshwane, we note news of an increase in typhoid cases reported in some parts of Tshwane. While we work with national stakeholders to determine the source of the cases, tests already conducted of Tshwane’s water supply have not provided a link to the typhoid cases. We

The lies keep coming from Cilliers Brink 1. There is no “typhoid outbreak” 2. No one spent R777 m. Of the R621 m that was spent, R179 m was unpaid invoices incurred by Brink in 2023/24, and R98 m was from when he was still mayor. You’d think a former mayor had some integrity. 🚮

Don’t believe the DA’s lies. While DA Gauteng pushed Tshwane to the financial Brink, the multi-party government led by Dr Nasiphi Moya delivered the City’s first fully funded budget in years, and collected over R4 billion in revenue for the first time in history. Facts. Not fiction.

Listening to these videos from Cilliers Brink, you’d think the DA had a plan for everything. Strangely, after running Tshwane for 7 years, none of the DA’s “plans” ever turned into results. One can only wonder what Brink actually did as mayor, apart from tabling an unfunded budget.
