On this day in 1975: Star Trek: The Animated Series (with Leonard Nimoy as the voice of Spock) won Star Trek's first Emmy Award. The series briefly returned to television in the mid-1980s on the children's cable network Nickelodeon, and again on Sci-Fi Channel in the mid-90s.

Me and Spock's ear at the film festival in Sitges, Spain where I was screening my documentary For The Love Of Spock in 2016. The translation is: “Tell us what else we can do for you?” I guess it meant they were all ears to comments and suggestions.

Vulcan, Alberta, 2016. I was invited there to say a few words about my dad in front of a commemorative statue of Spock. Vulcan has an annual Star Trek convention, an incredible collection of memorabilia and simply loves all things Trek. It's worth the trip!
