Lens-type GxE effects have only really been hypothesized before. This study finds what I think is the first empirical example of a sign-discordant GxE effect, and makes a sociogenomic argument for a classic Marxian understanding of class consciousness.

You want a new, fun data set for teaching? Here you go. Someone recorded the average/max/change from baseline pulses of folks watching horror movies. They used this data to rate AND rank order the film. My RA added Rotten Tomato ratings and year of release. Analyze away!

Yesterday at 2pm the first honeybee (Apis mellifera) in this species’ evolutionary history managed to pull a string for reward. They are much harder to train than bumblebees, though!
