Folkestone Harbour again. For the third week running, we have brought the children here for a scoot and a wander around the restored harbour. It's a bit of a trek, but for two kids who's additional needs mean they need to burn energy constantly, it's amazing!

2nd last train to leave Charing X tonight. My bed will be nice and comfy after my 0214 finish! 🙂‍↕️

I'm working a rest day today, and had my lunch at Cannon St. What a glorious sunny sight awaited us when my trainee and we came to get our train.

I'm working on Saturday, so had to weigh in tonight. But, in 5 days, I have lost another 4lbs. So that's 16.5 lbs gone in 2 weeks. Thanks to me for all the hard work 😉 and Slimming World for the guidance to follow!

Had a day off today, and took the family to #Folkestone for a wander and a scoot around the old Harbour Station. What an amazing place!

Week 1 back on Slimming World. To say I walked away from group feeling a tad shocked and proud is an understatement!
