I talk a lot about thriving; what it means, why it matters and the benefits.
I ask myself the same question and this weekend was the first time in ages I have managed to do all four.

I went to something different today; slow networking. Not being a fan of conventional networking (long story), this felt fresh and something I can cope with. Well done Christopher Owens and the Pattern team. Great to listen to Kim McGuinness and catch up with some lovely people.
