Sad to say I'm leaving the Labour Party to be an independent councillor. I’ll continue to support our excellent local Labour Councils and will do everything I can to represent those being left behind by a broken national two-party political system.

Dr Louise Raw Yes Galloway has a proud record of opposing war and great he was elected on a basis of solidarity with Palestine but depressingly he is far from good on climate change and trans rights amongst other issues.

Mr Galloway is very open about being anti abortion, anti immigration, anti Scottish independence and ‘socially Conservative’.
He has shared platforms with Farage and met with Steve Bannon.

He and Jeremy Corbyn have very little in common, politically, outside of support for Gaza
