That's consistent with my history-gap between flu that caused post-viral ❤️ failure ('long flu') & next was 7 years. Took months to notice the ❤️ failure. 2nd flu, was in hospital within days, nearly didn't make it, many months to recover. I've no desire to risk covid even once!

Covid twice a year is a nightmare. Especially given that it's far more dangerous than being infected with the flu.
