Given her severe positive SVA surgical plan was a L5/S1 ALIF, L2-4 OLIF, and posterior L2-Pelvis instrumented fusion. The olif was challenging given the grade 3 spondy but an expandable trial helped with the reduction. CNS AANS/CNS Spine Section

I am reviewing the applications for today’s interviews. It is amazing how much these young men and women have accomplished. Every year the applicants are stronger and I cannot help but think I would have never made it through if I was applying today!
