Are they also perhaps unregistered brokers as well for publishing the uniswap source code and #Bitcoin whitepaper? Please protect the government and its employees from being accused of such things, by making only truthful & accurate claims in court, other government employees.

I guess the government or specific employees at it are also at risk of being unregistered custodians as well? Since they have the seed words? In addition to those government employees operating or administrating unregistered money service businesses? Crypto is something you know.
