I have never really understood this monetary systems. Bank of Uganda , how is it that one country lends money to another and yet this is all printed paper or digits? Is their paper made of gold? What is the role of foreign? Sorry for the silly question.

Kikubo traders have declined to open for business today. It is painful for local traders to be squeezed to the wall with taxes yet so called investors are exempted from taxes.
