Damian Roland Arne Hohensee Best shift pattern I ever worked was 0800-1630, 1600-0030, 0000-0800. Repeating pattern of days lates nights in the right order to maximise timely rest. Weighted shifts to cover busy evenings. 3 days off after nights. Not good for weekends but great for sanity, handover & health.
