Meet Carmen Romeralo INIA-CSIC 🇪🇸 #ICIFOR 🌲, our #EUPHRESCOIII scientist of the month🔬🧪. Her work spans #forestdiseases , #biologicalcontrol , #plantmicrobiome & more. Currently leading the national project Bioparque and contributing to Euphresco network #FraxNet project.

The first objective of our BIOPARQUE project is to start. We want to find out if humans are vectors of forest pathogens and therefore, whether forest soils with more human activity in recreational areas are acting as reservoirs of putative forest pathogens.
