It’s amusing to me that this account grew to 30k followers in 2 years largely by me tweeting about the LNP gov and their hypocrisy, and now that I’m tweeting about the ALP gov and theirs, people are becoming very cross. Sorry that I’m trying to stick to my principles I guess 😌

If you criticise something because it’s party A, but you’re willing to let it wash because it’s party B, you never actually cared about the issue. You just cared about criticising party A.

3 weeks will be 2 years since Labor elected
Majority in HoR, can garner support in Senate, so much good could have been achieved but instead 2 years of inaction, spending on war tools, keeping poor people poor, supporting Israeli genocide

What a fucking waste Australian Labor

That’s it?

Renaming an existing payment to help women escape DV and some social media regs and tech?

That’s it?

To address a national crisis?

That’s it?

No changes to policing or justice systems?

No changes to media conduct?

No changes to accountability?

That’s it?

Annabel Crabb nails it.

Anthony Albanese isn't a misogynist - he's a brittle and defensive PM who failed to grasp this wasn't about him.

What matters now is whether he and national cabinet offer some real action to address this very real crisis.

Ppl rushing to defend and protect the most powerful man in this country yet have voiced no concerns about his ongoing complicity in a genocide (which has seen the slaughter of 9000+ women) will be the thing that breaks my brain, isn’t it

Cool now we aren’t even fucking safe to take our children to the zoo with their grandma.

CAN MEN STOP?!

And seriously fuck off with the ‘not all men’. We know. Help the cause. Stand against this escalating and brazen violence. Do something. Tell your aggressive mates to stop

This is misogyny. This woman is a victim survivor and if you are partaking in tearing her apart like this, you are part of the problem and part of the reason why woman marched in the first place.

Leftwing Bastard We are smart. We don’t need you to speak for us. We can also see when the PM stuffs up and simultaneously think that Dutton is a dreadful alternative.

WOW, we’re capable of critical thought and looking beyond party allegiances! Who knew?

Labor stans now attacking the 22yr old activist who organised the march against violence against women and suggesting she is a Liberal stooge, while they furiously type on their ipads and didn't attend a single rally or do anything to help, actually. The absolute worst.

If I were the Prime Minister and attending a rally about gendered violence I would, ideally, try not to personally bully any women in the 40 minutes I was there.
