A new study in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that a plant-based diet with healthful foods and moderate animal intake lowers postmenopausal women's breast cancer risk. But unhealthful plant-based diets may increase the risk. Quality of plant foods matters! 👉🏼doi.org/10.1016/j.ajcn…

Results from The BMJ show each 250 mL/day of sugar-sweetened beverages was associated with a 17% increase risk of coronary heart disease and 4% for all-cause mortality. Also, every 25g/day of fructose had a 22% high risk of pancreatic cancer. 👉🏼doi.org/10.1136/bmj-20…
