And we all watched Sunak ruin a £10,000 suit live on TV, his face grim enough to split rock.

Why does it take a year or more to pass legislation if Parliament can do exactly the same job in a couple of days during the wash-up period?

Smacks of staggering inefficiency under normal circumstances.

I don't think that the Tories have quite grasped the sea change that comes across the media when the UK enters general election mode.
