Will AG Garland seek the death penalty if Trump sold nuclear weapons technology to the Saudis?

Trump stole our nuclear secrets. Refused to give them back. And kept them for a year and a half. Those aren’t mementos. He either sold them or was intending to sell them to people who are not our friends.
