No private company has to accept anyone as a client; that's their prerogative. If you don't pay for the service then there is no contract, ultimately. & If the money has been refunded, then the contact is void. If your solicitors think it's a breach, time to get new solicitors.

Sarah Phillimore Oratoba At the very least it would be a reasonable ask of any company to make explicitly clear what they are happy with, particularly if they go 'over and above' what's legal in the country they operate in, so that everyone knows whether or not to waste time doing business with them.

Honestly, at this point, if you can't see the wind is changing when it comes to trying out untested drugs on children because of the side effects, my only conclusion is that you don't really care about those children at all.
