Clear evidence of records in the public interest to disclose being deleted, as almost unbelievably they say very specifically in their own words, to frustrate FOI requests.

Big news from Brussels on corporate transparency - a breakthrough that should get things back on track not just in Europe, but in Britain’s offshore financial centres too.

The Labour Party's proposed Ethics & Integrity Commission has the potential to restore public standards and prevent corruption and impropriety in government. Nick Thomas-Symonds MP's commitment to this project is most welcome at a time when so much faith in politics has been lost 1/

The report highlights the problem of firefighters being found guilty of misconduct and simply being allowed to retire on full pension.
