Martin Schønemann-Lund Great stuff, Martin. I'm only aware of what we did in my ward. We tend to prone young compliant pts on CPAP in mask (only the fittest if on helmet). Still they need a 5' explanation and reasurance before they begin. First 10-15' usually unpleasant, then they adapt swiftly 1/2
