We are pleased to see these commitments, many of which we have been advocating for some time. Rolling out lead employer models should be a more immediate priority and trusts will need sustained support from NHSE to realise these proposals.

Maybe NHSE should look at the NHS Practitioner Health as a model for the services that it wants to provide for other staff, rather than axing the mental health support that actually works?
