It's the EIGHTEENTH time Charles Moore has been on BBC Question Time since joining the Telegraph in 1979. Moore joined The Spectator in 1982, becoming editor in 1984, & employed Boris Johnson, who later became the editor. Moore edited The Sunday Telegraph from 1992 to 1995.
