Sourdough: 1. Expensive compared with other breads 2. Goes off quick 3. Has a taste you have to work harder at to find enjoyable (I’ve done the work) When we can overcome these things then long-lasting, “UPF” breads will be no more. Same for most non-“UPF” foods Good luck.
