What’s your story? I quit music 20 years ago because I was in a bad place. I regretted it for years, then 6 years ago I started writing, playing live and eventually, released music. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It’s still hard - but “the highs are worth the pain”

This afternoon we’re playing in-store at The Second 45 in Llanelli.

We’ll be selling the album for a bargain £5 there. I can’t really afford it (it barely covers the cost of manufacturing), but feel that we should support indie record shops in anyway we can. Good idea or bad?

In the 90s I met this cool musician at a small gathering. We jammed all night. He was one of the first people I ever played an original song for.

He had a gig later that month. I didn't go- but planned on catching the next one.

He passed soon after. His name was Jeff Buckley.
