Prayer: O God, your Son chose the path that led to pain before joy and to the cross before glory. Plant his cross in our hearts, so that in its power and love we may come at last to joy and glory through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen (ELW Prayer for Monday in Holy Week)

Prayer: Holy God, source of all love, on the night of his betrayal, Jesus gave us a new commandment to love one another as he loves us. Write this commandment in our heart and give us the will to serve others as he was the servant of all. Amen (ELW)

Looking to Sunday "Ask, and it will be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you." - Luke 11:9. Jesus encourages us to be persistent in prayer, trusting that God hears and responds. What are you asking for today? 🙏
