Finally, we are heartened that our fossil fuel motion has passed (with over 1400 in favour), and that the demands for divestment first made by authors last summer in Edinburgh are now support by our trade union.

UN Security Council passes ceasefire resolution for Gaza after US abstains

📍 #Gaza : Despite the tragedy unfolding under our watch, the Israeli Authorities informed the United Nations that they will no longer approve any United NationsRWA food convoys to the north.

This is outrageous & makes it intentional to obstruct lifesaving assistance during a man made famine.
