PCEP has signed a joint statement with over 100 other associations on the current revision of the  #PPWR legislation, urging #EU MS to uphold the Single Market and ensure a smooth implementation. For the full statement please read the following:

PCEP welcomes the Council’s position on the proposal for a packaging and packaging waste regulation ( #PPWR ) ahead of the start of trilogues.

We stand ready to engage towards achieving #circular polyolefins and a circular EU.

Today, over 100 EU and national associations from the #packaging value chain express their concerns for the risks of #singlemarket fragmentation in the upcoming #PPWR and call for the adoption of a workable legislative framework.
