Jon Mayhand comes back to also win his heat of the 200m in 22.05, another PR! He’ll compete tomorrow in the finals of the 100m & 200m!

Jon finished 7th in the 100m, All State. He’ll compete again in the 200m in a few hours.

5th place in the 200m. Jon Mayhand finished the day with two medals, and finishes his Bengal career as a 3x All-Stater!

🤯🤯🤯 Two, yes, two high school boys break 4:00!!! Gary Martin of Archbishop Wood High School in PA and Connor Burns a JUNIOR from Southern Boone High School in MO!!! They run 3:57.89 and 3:58.83 in the St. Louis Track Club Mens Mile.

Fartlek, hill bounds, wickets, & popsicles today at El Morro Park!

Had lots of fun today, running track races in the rain and getting destroyed by my sons in the 1500 & 800.

Had a great time this morning at the @ILYTFC meet, despite the rain! Solid performances from some OF vaulters & distance runners!
