Spending the morning getting organized for my Yoga Teacher Training this summer with Breathe For Change - cohort 77, here we go!!! ✨🫶

We had a great fourth and final session for our RVSBTC cohort! In this activity, each VRG of 3 wrote a question or thought that was still circulating on a VNP. We then rotated, spending 3 minutes at each board, to troubleshoot as a group! #rvsed #BTC Peter Liljedahl
