Coming from someone who is an introvert and generally a fairly quiet person, this spoke to me. As leaders, we have to make sure all stakeholders have a voice!

What are your thoughts?? Job-embedded teaching positions are growing like crazy, but I worry that there is not enough support being put in place for these positions.... especially in our high-needs schools!
