The House has approved another non-binding GOP resolution condemning the President's immigration policies. 13 Dems voted for it. Some of the same language was part of a non-binding resolution which passed in March. 14 Dems voted for that one.

The really odd part is that Luna R-FL voted for the bill in the Natural Resources Committee - but voted for the motion to recommit on the House floor, to send it back to committee.

6 members of the House Freedom Caucus joined with all Democrats to derail the Mining Regulatory Clarity Act, as the House approved a motion to recommit the bill.
