I'm all for longer work weeks in both the House and Senate. But it would also be nice to see the Senate actually *legislate* again. The World's Greatest Deliberative Body now mainly sits around and waits to vote on judicial and executive nominations.

The House has approved another non-binding GOP resolution condemning the President's immigration policies. 13 Dems voted for it. Some of the same language was part of a non-binding resolution which passed in March. 14 Dems voted for that one.

The really odd part is that Luna R-FL voted for the bill in the Natural Resources Committee - but voted for the motion to recommit on the House floor, to send it back to committee.
