He gave his name as Michael Washington Campbell.

Literally spent the entire day trying to deal with customer service issues. The whole day. And still not sorted.

You basically have to take vacation leave to deal with customer service anywhere. And then bring a picnic basket and a book.

These call center numbers are something else. Trying to deal with 2 different institutions for one matter and can't get through to either.

Correction. Finally got through to 1 and the rep put me on hold and never came back. Great service.

Nearly 800 journalists were jailed at some point in 2023, per RSF.
