Today, the new Fly Army virtual reality simulation system had its first demonstration in Canberra. The system will be presented at schools across Australia to provide young people with the opportunity to experience what it’s like to #FlyAusArmy, & promote STEM career pathways.

#YearInReview || #OurPeople love to join in on the big events happening in our communities. From delivering the NRL Grand Final game ball in a helicopter, to having our Red Berets parachute into Supercars Bathurst 1000, we definitely had some of the best seats in the house!

#OurPeople from 1st & 5th Aviation Regiments participated in Exercise Vigilant Scimitar 2020. The exercise allowed #AusArmy’s aviation teams to enhance the interoperability between different aircraft in their fleet, & work with units across the 1st, 3rd & 17th Brigades.

#OurPeople deployed on #OpFijiAssist have returned home, having completed a 14-day quarantine period at sea. Our involvement in Operation Fiji Assist demonstrates #YourADF’s commitment to supporting the @Rfmf_Media and our Fijian Vuvale in their time of need. 🇦🇺🇫🇯

This week marks 10 years since TC Yasi hit NQ. On Operation Yasi Assist, more than 1200 #YourADF personnel directly supported Queensland Emergency Services in the clean-up. 10 years on, we say thank you to #OurPeople & their families for their support. #GoodSoldiering
