Amazing. The NL Liberal candidate for the Baie Verte-Green Bay provincial by-election is a Federal Conservative Party member. Could they really not find an actual Liberal to run for them?

I'm pretty sure the PC party candidate is also a CPC member. Battle of the Conservatives!

When provincial NL Liberal candidates are distancing themselves from Trudeau this much, you know things aren't going well for the Liberals in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Conservative Party of Canada has nominated Royden Brousseau in Winnipeg South Centre for the upcoming federal election.

He is currently the VP of Corporate Development Strategy for a national insurance provider.

Randy Weekes, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan has announced that he is leaving the Saskatchewan Party. He has been the Speaker since 2020 and was first elected in 1999. He lost a contested nomination in December.
