Lyda Hill Institute affiliates published a study on HCWs' COVID-19 adjustment. Of 1,468 HCWs, 68% had low anxiety, 14% high, and 2% increasing, linked to lower job satisfaction, engagement, support, higher burnout, and turnover intentions. Read more: tinyurl.com/yzbxd4ke.
