That bill, SB 1012, was just killed on the Senate suspense file.

All you daylight saving time haters, an effort to repeal DST and move California to year-round standard time continues to advance. Senator Roger Niello's SB 1413 just passed to the Senate floor for a vote next week.

This is the umpteenth effort like this, though, so no guarantees.
