I had an observation yesterday, and feedback I received from my mentor said I need to increase the depth of my questioning. Could anyone please recommend resources where I can find AO2 and AO3 questions for maths please?

Could anyone help me out and provide me with a worksheet on setting up and solving quadratic equations where a = 1 please? Or any links to resources, I've had a look but I can't seem to find anything online, unless I'm looking in the wrong places 🤷🏽‍♂️.
